We are a wholesale / institutional / corporate supplier. We do not sell in retail.
Is there a COD (Cash on Delivery) option?

Since we are a wholesale supplier, we do not offer COD. All payments are 100% advance, or for some products 50%–70% advance with the balance due before dispatch.
Can I visit your office and pick up material?

Since we are a wholesaler, all product inventory is maintained in warehouses. We do not keep items in the office except a few samples. Visits are by appointment only.
Who bears the transport cost?

The buyer is responsible for transport costs.
Can I buy products without GST?

We respect the Indian Tax System. We do not sell any items without GST and no cash transactions are permitted.
